Product Description
System Introduction:
To meet the requirements of sludge advanced dewatering, drying and final disposal, realize the goal of sludge reduction and resource, Shanghai Techase Environment Protection Co., Ltd launched Elaspress Advanced Sludge Dewatering System. The system is able to dewater the sludge and reduce its water content to less than 60% of water, which will be more convenient to the subsequent drying treatment or resourceful treatment. The dewatered sludge can be directly landfilled, burned, or used as materials for greening, brickmaking, fuel, organic fertilizer, etc. Then the goal of low-cost resource utilization of wastewater and sludge realizes at last.

Technical Process:
The core technology of the system is, through system integration equipment and projects facilities, thickening the raw sludge through the multi-plate screw thickener firstly, then mixing and stirring the chemicals and sludge well in the sludge modifying tank until the sludge is modified to fulfill the needed requirements, at last pumping the modified sludge to the high-pressured elastic press to further dewater the sludge and reduce its water content to below 60%. The outlet treated sludge, which can be better dried or resourcefully reused, will continue to evaporate. Therefore, its water content will be further reduced to about 40%~50%.

Applicable Sludge:
Sludge that is dewatered preliminarily (water content: 80%~85%)
Sludge that is thickened (water content: 95%~97%)
Raw sludge that is not treated (water content: 98%~99.5%)

System Advantages:
Elaspress advanced sludge dewatering system, which occupies smaller area and has high efficiency, is able to greatly reduce the volume of the sludge. It saves a lot of the construction cost, operating cost, transportation expense and post-processing cost. This advanced dewatering system doesn't need any heat source and fuel. The treated sludge conforms to the national standards and can be directly buried, dried or resourcefully reused.
