Cost-effective, Small Footprint Filter Press For Advanced Sludge Dewatering
To meet the requirements of sludge advanced dewatering, drying and final disposal, realize the goal of sludge reduction and resource, Shanghai Techase Environment Protection Co., Ltd launched Elaspress Advanced Sludge Dewatering System. The system is able to dewater the sludge and reduce its water content to less than 60% of water, which will be more convenient to the subsequent drying treatment or resourceful treatment. 1 Bigger Compression Ratio:
The compression ratio of the springs the equipment employs is very big and bigger than that of conventional membrane filter press. Therefore, the pressure created for twice filtration is very huge, eases the filtration load during slurry feeding and shortens the working cycle.
2 Larger Effective Filtration Areas:
The squeezing way of the equipment is parallel while the squeezing way of membrane filter press is semicircle. Therefore, the effective filtration areas of the super-high pressure filter presses are larger than the conventional membrane filter presses.
3 Higher Twice Filtration Pressure:
The pressure for twice filtration is directly provided by the hydraulic oil cylinder, as high as 5~7Mpa.
4Higher Working Efficiency:
The work cycle of each batch is 1.0~1.5h. Therefore, the working efficiency is 3~4 times of conventional membrane filter press.
5 Less Supporting Devices:
The equipment only need 1 set of hydraulic pressure system and doesn't need another pressure boosting device while membrane filter press uses water tank, air compressor, water pump, compression pump, air storage tank and other accessory devices.
6 Longer Service Lives:
The filter plates the equipment employed are made of steel, not easy to damage. Therefore the service life of the filter plates can be very long as over 5~8 years. As a result, the cost on changing the filter plates can be greatly reduced.
7 Using Less Filter Clothes:
For same capacity, the clothes the equipment use are greatly less than the amount of the clothes that membrane filter presses need, for which the replacing cost can be significantly reduced.
