1. A more advanced filtration technology, developed by Shanghai Techase Environment Protection Co., Ltd, than ratary filter, sand filter, disc filter (DF)or CF, has more effective operation cost and equipment cosr and better performance.
1. Applications:
-Solids or precipitant removal
-Effluent TSS polishing
-Circulating cooling water treatment
-Reuse / membrane pretreatment
-Phosphorus removal
-Raw water / sewage treatment
-Purification of surface water
-Retrofit / advanced treatment of municiple wastewater
2. Technology Features:
-Applying of fiber cloth as filtration media that is implanted into charge ion achieves reverse particle filtration and improves filtration performance.
-Vertical oriented fiber cloth media equipped in raws enables two-sided filtration of each unit of fiber cloth that makes full use of the space, increases the filtration area by 8~10 times and reduces the required footprint.
-Filtering and backwashing process operating at the same time achives continuous filtration.
-Valvelss filtration makes the equipment simple to control.
-No need of ordinary backwash device with high power reduces the average energy consumption of treating 1 ton of water to 0.0001kw as qwll as backwash water consumption by 2%.
-The tanks of lower heigt significantly reduces the cost, coordinates better with the prvious structures and avoids the secondary elevation of water.
3. Advantages:
-Stable and excellent effluent quality of SS<5mg/l, turbidity<0.5~2NTU
-High impact resistance up to 80~100 mg/l
-Simple compact design, less supporting devices, smaller floor area up to 1/4 of that of common rapid filter
-Low headloss that is only about 0.2~0.3m, low backwash water consumption, little impact on previous treatment process, wider applicaions
-Low average energy consumption, only 0.0001kw/t
-Each piece of fiber cloth media unit is removable standard 1m*1m structure.
