Product Description
In order to meet the requirement of advanced sludge dewatering, drying and final treatment and reach the targets of sludge reduction and resourcelization, Techase established the solution of ELASPRESS advanced sludge dewatering system.
This system can help to reduce the water content of sludge to less than 60% for subsequent drying or resourcelization. Treated sludge can be landfilled or burnt directly or used for greening, brick making or used as fuel and organic fertilizer etc. In order to realize low cost resourcelization.
The core of this system is to mix the raw sludge with special modifier quickly and evenly in the modifying reactor after concentrated via the integrated equipment and engineering works of the system as well as the multi-plate screw press in order to make the discharged sludge meet the modification requirement. The mixture will be pumped into an elastic volume pressure pressing system for deep dewatering and make the water content of the sludge be less than 60% for subsequent drying or resourcelization. The sludge, after deep dewatering, can be dried continuously for reaching the water content of 40-50%.
The integrative ELASPRESS sludge advanced dewatering system features small floor area, high efficiency, high capacity as well as low cost for capital construction, operation, transportation and retreatment. No heat source and fuel are needed for this deep dewatering system. The treated sludge can meet the corresponding national standard and be landfilled, burnt or resourcelized directly.
